Prior to Ambition, I gained valuable experience over 3 years in both internal and external recruitment across a variety of industries, including technology, advisory (with a focus on risk, financial, and management), and sales. Then, I spent a year exploring HRBP-related work within the e-commerce industry before deciding to return to recruitment.
