Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2006, Ms. Doupe was a consultant with a boutique firm and another international executive search firm.

Her early career was in human resources with multinational manufacturing and consumer goods organisations before moving to line leadership roles in the services sector.

She is able to leverage her experience in successfully conducting multiple senior-level management assignments, particularly in the agribusiness, mining, resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

She has managed global recruitment and assessment projects. She also developed a unique, global recruitment solution for a large scale, multi-year business transformation project.

Ms. Doupe holds a bachelor of arts with honours, majoring in psychology, from the University of Melbourne.
