Education Trained as a hotel manageress, then studied business administration at the Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel University of Applied Sciences, graduating with a degree in business administration with a focus on tourism. Professional Career Since 2004 professional experience in executive search as a consultant, since 2013 she has, among other things, built up the “Consumer Goods” and “Retail” division at an international executive search company in Germany. Swantje Kohl joined Delta Management Consultants in 2021. Consulting Practice Swantje Kohl first gained experience in recruitment at a leading executive search firm in South Africa. After returning to Germany, she worked at well-known and international executive search firms with a focus on financial services, among others, before moving to the “Consumer Goods & Retail” division in 2012, which she built up at a global executive search firm. She has extensive experience in filling executive positions for mostly international and mid- sized companies in the consumer goods environment and retail. Her clients are mainly companies in the “FMCG” sector (Food & Non-food), “Online Retail”, “Consumer Goods”, “Luxury goods”, “Fashion” etc.
