Yilmaz Subasi completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organization and Management in Mannheim. He began his professional career in sales at Siemens/Siemens Nixdorf. Within the Siemens Group, he quickly rose to positions of responsibility. Further roles followed, including authorized signatory and director at Compaq Computer and regional sales director at Dell. Most recently, as authorized signatory and sales director at Postcon, he was responsible, among other things, for restructuring the sales department and developing the partner and reseller network. The focus is on filling positions at specialist and management levels in the areas of sales/business development, IT infrastructure, consulting, as well as consulting for personnel development and potential analysis. Yilmaz Subasi has been Managing Partner in the Passion for People network since October 2015.
