Niels began his professional career in the insurance sector, advancing to the role of Sales Executive Manager. His leadership abilities were honed during his service as a Captain in the Danish Army. Furthermore, Niels obtained a graduate diploma in Financial Management and Informatics from Copenhagen Business School and underwent management training with the Danish Army as a Captain of the Reserve.
