Danylo Hayakawa is a graduate in Economics from UNICAMP and holds an MBA in Finance from FIA. He gained experience in the agribusiness sector, working for seven years at Cargill, where he held leadership positions, including being expatriated for one year to the Geneva office in Switzerland, always working in finance, structured treasury, and risk management. Since 2009, he has been active in the recruitment market, with experience in major multinational companies in the sector. During his more than ten years in the field, he has held various senior leadership positions in these companies. Currently, Danylo is a partner at EXEC.
