Bart joined forces with Hoffman & Associates in 2021 and will mainly expand the firm’s business in executive interim management, next to his commitment in executive search. In 2016, he had started up Badels Pitt, a solution provider for change and transformation challenges, serving its clients to fill in change management assignments, as well on a permanent as on an interim basis, according to their needs. After a multinational career in commercial and general management, Bart has also been active as an interim change manager himself (2006 – 2020), mostly in the role of transition CEO to support and guide various companies facing important change or restructuring projects or that were up to an integration, M&A or carve-out process. His expertise combines a thorough understanding of the client’s business with a passion for talent acquisition.
