Noah Madison is a Partner in our Denver, Colorado office. He brings over seven and a half years of specialized executive search experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, particularly within private equity portfolio companies. His extensive background in recruitment is complemented by more than nine years in the outplacement industry, where he excelled in job search coaching, project management, and sales. As the son of a private practice urology surgeon, Noah has a lifelong connection to the healthcare field and deeply understands the industry’s nuances. At his previous firm, he collaborated with clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare services, health technology, physician practice management, urgent care facilities, long-term care, behavioral health, pharmaceuticals, laboratory tools, and more. During his nearly eight years as a consultant and coach in the outplacement industry, Noah traveled extensively—between 110,000 to 150,000 miles annually across the continental U.S.—gaining invaluable insights into the fabric of American communities. He has successfully worked with over 500 individual clients and facilitated group sessions for more than 1,500 participants. This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of various industries such as retail, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, semiconductors, technology, fashion, food and beverage, hospitality, recreational products, banking, real estate, academia/education, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, paper products, utilities, oil and gas, energy, and defense. As a retained search consultant, Noah is dedicated to helping organizations meet their talent needs by connecting them with individuals who will drive profitable and exponential growth. He approaches his work with a servant-leadership mindset, carefully linking candidates to opportunities that lead to fulfilling and rewarding careers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) in Finance from Tulane University and a Master’s degree from Virginia Tech. In his leisure time, Noah enjoys live music events, engaging in community service, watching the Nightly News with Lester Holt and Jeopardy, skiing, and developing his mental health and wellness startup, MentalFit.
