Harriet Hestad is a partner and senior advisor at Search House, with a primary focus on executive recruitment, selection and candidate assessment. She has experience in strategic management, organizational development and recruitment, and through her work with various teams has developed strong leadership skills and a clear methodology for building a performance culture and motivated employees. With over 15 years of management experience, she has held leading roles as department manager, project manager, sales manager and sales and marketing director – including at Britannia Hotel, Aktimed Health, Falck Norway, and as founder and CEO of Hestad Trening. There, she built the business from scratch, before it was acquired by Aktimed/Falck. Through her leadership roles and entrepreneurial experience, Harriet has developed valuable expertise in business building, team management, recruitment and organizational development. She has been a key driving force in the development of organizational culture, and has contributed to the effective integration of people and processes in connection with acquisitions and mergers. Harriet is a certified recruiter through DNV. She is also certified in the testing tools Aon Assessment and Adept-15, and is currently in the process of becoming certified in Fairsight (work psychology tests and structured recruitment tools). She is educated at the University of Stavanger and East Carolina University, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
