Tom is a Partner leading the Global CFO and US HR practices. He is based in New York supporting Leathwaite’s full spectrum of clients globally.

Tom joined Leathwaite in 2007 in London, and relocated to New York in 2014. Tom was also seconded to our Hong Kong office in 2008 to help establish our Asia operations and returned to London in early 2009.

Prior to joining Leathwaite, he worked as a researcher at Cambridge Consulting, an Australian financial services executive search firm, where he worked on assignments in retail banking, asset management and investment banking across Asia.

Tom graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2006 having majored in History, Psychology & Politics.
