Louis La Rocca is a partner at NGS Global and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

For over 20 years, Mr. La Rocca has worked in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area recruiting elite talent for private and public companies throughout North America and abroad. His clients range from emerging growth companies, including venture and private equity backed, to the Fortune 1000. He has placed executives across the C-Suite and critical strategic management roles spanning General Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Human Resources and Information Technology. In addition, Mr. La Rocca coaches senior executives with navigating and managing their careers.

Mr. La Rocca received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of the Pacific and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
