Marcel is Partner and in the lead of the Life Sciences Practice in Executive Search Germany. He has been with Morgan Philips since 2014, where he initially built up a team of specialized life science recruiters as the responsible director of the Fyte brand. Marcel specializes in filling management positions in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical technology and has dealt extensively with the practical and theoretical requirements for managers and roles in this field. He is particularly interested in the human experience and behaviour in organizations and the medical and scientific field, which gives him profound organizational, leadership and technical knowledge. This enables Marcel to bring clients and candidates together in a targeted and sustainable manner, create a positive candidate experience and thus successfully counter the ""war for talent"" in the industry. Marcel holds a degree in Psychology and an MBA in General Management.
