Monika Kubickova is a Client Partner and the Head of Financial Services Practice, CEE at Pedersen & Partners. She has concluded over 250 Executive Search assignments in Central and Eastern Europe, along robust management assessments following merger or take-over situations. She works with banks, insurance companies, and private equity houses on C-suite recruitment and on hiring senior specialists for the roles not existing in the current set-up, combing her knowledge of the financial services landscape with the firm's know-how in technology and digital economy. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners in 2013, Monika was a Managing Partner at a Prague-based Executive Search and management assessment boutique. Before that she was a Business Development Director and Fundraiser at the US Business School Praha and a Business Development Manager at Clifford Chance. She started her career at ING Barings as a Junior Lawyer. She speaks English and Italian, along with her native Czech.
