Callum started his recruitment career in 2014 and has spent the majority of this recruiting tax processionals across commercial industry and public practice with a worldwide focus, having worked for clients in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. As Senior Associate for Tax and Public Practice, Callum supports organisations across Oceania and the Asia Pacific region with specialist tax hires, and also across all professional areas for Big 4 and Top 20 accounting firms in New South Wales. Callum believes in providing a consultative approach with candidates and clients and has previously partnered with many businesses to design hiring strategies to attract candidates from middle management right up to executive level, as well as having worked alongside industry bodies to encourage discussion and knowledge sharing within the tax community.
