Biography
With a great curiosity for people as holistic beings, I paved my way into working with people and teams by studying psychology with a focus on organization and clinical psychology.
A systemic consulting training, my behavioral therapy background and my work as a certified Insights Discovery consultant help me to assess and support the interrelationship between people, organizations and market needs.
My career reflects this interrelationship: for over 25 years, as an HR executive, I have been supporting global companies and start-ups (industries: IT, professional service firms and finance) in the task of aligning the HR function and HR processes efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner.
I work on an interim basis or as a permanent member of the company management, always with a clear international focus on change, organizational development and talent management. To this day, I am always happy to be available for HR projects as an interim manager in a (global) environment.
After working in East Westphalia-Lippe, Baden-Württemberg and Eastern Europe, I now live in Wiesbaden again, near my birthplace of Mainz. I get energy from running every day. I feed my creative side through my food blog and writing cookbooks. And the great work I do with my Australian Shepherd gives me a particularly nice sense of grounding.
