George Drakesmith is a Principal at Erevena, having joined the business as part of the integration of New Peak Partners into the wider Erevena organisation in January 2021. He specialises in advising high growth tech start-ups and global technology companies on senior commercial hires. George has successfully executed searches to build out disruptive GTM teams across Europe and North America. He specialises working on sales, marketing and customer success leadership searches for VC and PE backed software companies. His recent clients include Seldon (backed by AlbionVC and Cambridge Innovation Capital), Asana (who raised $453.2M in funding before their IPO in Sep 2020), Flipdish (backed by Tencent and Tiger Global Management) and Dataiku (backed by Insight Partners, Snowflake Ventures and Battery Ventures). George graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 with a Law degree.
