Biography
Heather Wolf has worked with corporate boards since 2004, connecting and educating leaders on top governance practices and the impact of diversity. She is part of our growing CEO & Board search practice, with a proud track record of director and c-suite placements that truly “move the needle” for client companies. Prior to joining Allegis Partners in 2018, Heather was program director for the Financial Times, where she developed and hosted highly-regarded events for senior executives and corporate board members, most notably the FT Outstanding Directors Exchange (ODX) conference series. Previously, Heather worked for Wolff Olins, Europe’s leading strategic branding firm, and was a principal at Capgemini, where she led business transformation projects for global corporations in the U.S., Europe and South Africa. She began her career at Aon in Chicago. At native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Heather earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University and a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She served 12 years on the board of her local public school district and currently serves on the board of the Directors Academy, a non-profit dedicated to identifying, developing and placing the next generation of corporate directors. Heather lives in New York City and Greenport, on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. She spends much of her free time on the water, boating for pleasure or cheering on her husband and adult children, all competitive sailors, on their national and international campaigns.
