After a 15 year experience in an international recruitment and advizing cabinet, (PA Consulting Group) he has come to a managing position in Southern France. Henri Michon fonded Quadra, first settled in 1995 in Aix en Provance, then in Paris.

Henri Michon has aquired a wide experience in top management recruitment for French and international key accounts and since 1990, for the General Board of major Local Entities.

Keen on know how transmition, he asked Jean-Marie Leroy to substitute him as a General Manager and as capital General Adminsitrator in 2014. Henri has remained totally committed in the company development, the follow-up of clients, the training of consultants and the world-wide spraiding of Quadra.
