Rick Skoff is the Managing Director for our Emerging Markets Group. An experienced recruiting professional, Rick brings to Major, Lindsey & Africa significant expertise in recruiting and in-depth market knowledge of the legal profession. As the leader of the Emerging Markets Group, Rick works with law firm clients to identify needs across their entire firm and then uses the world-class resources of our law firm practice groups—Associate, Partner and Law Firm Management—to ensure those needs are filled with the absolute best match of talent wherever they exist geographically. A strong advocate for his clients, Rick is committed to identifying innovative talent solutions from our breadth of services. Rick enjoys spending time with his two dogs, playing beach volleyball in Manhattan Beach and hiking in Malibu.
