Jim joined Capital Search Group in 2006 and is currently the Managing Partner of our Capital Search Consultants division. Clients rely on Jim and his team’s expertise to provide contract, contract-to-hire, and full time candidates quickly and with the best talent available. Prior to Capital Search Group, Jim was an executive at Megasoft Consultants, Inc. and Satyam Computer Services. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years as an investment banker primarily in the real estate and oil and gas sector. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from George Mason University.
