Sofía worked as a Senior Consultant at Valuar from 2006 to 2010. She was responsible for Executive Search processes, coordinated the Management Assessment area, and co-led Outplacement projects throughout the country. In 2011, she was recruited by HR Consulting, part of the Santander Group, to develop the Strategic Human Resources Consulting business for Argentina and Uruguay as Regional Director. She rejoined Valuar in 2015 and has been a Partner at the firm since 2016. She currently leads senior executive searches and the development of the business's commercial strategy at the regional level. Passionate about startup projects and digital businesses, she seeks to add value by identifying key talent with a digital mindset for innovative projects.
