Prior to joining Amrop, Gintare worked in international and Lithuanian companies in Sales and Human Resources management roles, where she gained solid knowledge and experience in Business to Consumer and Business to Business sales within the Services industry, personnel selection, recruitment and training. Gintare’s search experience lies within the Telecommunications, Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing, Industry, Transportation & Logistics, Construction & Real Estate sectors.

Gintare graduated from Kaunas Technological University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, did her internship in a private company in the USA and obtained an executive MBA at ISM University of Management and Economics. She speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian and basic French.

Gintare is fond of culinary art, food photography, travelling and running.
