I first got into recruitment back in 2013 in Bristol where I recruited software engineering contractors, before swiftly moving to London where I headed up the mobile development perm desk for 5 years at a leading international agency. In 2019, I moved back Southwest where I managed the DACH team for an agency in Bristol where we built product & tech teams for startups and scaleups in Berlin, making my way up to Associate Director before deciding I wanted to move to Australia with my partner. I am now the go to guy for all things product related in Sydney at Talenza.
