Chris has been working in Leadership Change since 2010 and within the Technology space since 2012. Between 2026 and 2024 Chris built a Technology search business from scratch into one of the most notable brands in the northwest region. During this time he has embedded himself into the Northern tech ecosystem, speaking on many panel events and advising on hiring best practice in high-growth businesses. In his spare time Chris can be found playing golf badly or coaching his daughter at football in the hopes she will live his dream of playing for Glasgow Rangers.
