John specialises in recruiting senior technology and transformation leadership. He brings over a decade of executive search experience working across a breadth of clients from FTSE listed organisations and Private Equity backed businesses, through to Management Consulting firms. John joined from a Big 4 Consultancy where he ran searches in-house for Partner and Director level talent. Prior to that, he grew the Technology, Finance and Risk change teams in a specialist search firm. He thrives on the partnership and relationship with clients and candidates alike and has a strong track record of senior level placements, both within the UK and globally. John approaches each search with a personal touch and a consultative nature which enables him to build a deep understanding of his client’s culture and strategic challenges. He is passionate about the role both he and executive search can play in improving the awareness and drive around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and trying to entertain 3 young sons. He is a fan of all sports, with a particular passion for football – although it is more of a watching brief nowadays!
