Eva-Maria Maute works as a consultant, executive coach, and DE & I specialist for EMA Partners Switzerland AG. She has over 18 years of international marketing and management experience in global corporations. Prior to joining Eva-Maria Maute Consulting as a consultant and executive & business coach, she worked on the Swiss management team of a globally oriented system restaurant in the travel sector. She studied business administration and, since 2009, has continued to attend continuing education and training courses in the areas of coaching, human insights, and assessments in the US and Europe.
