Vishma joined the business in 2017, had a quick career progression and is currently a Managing Consultant heading the Banking & Finance desk in Mauritius. As the first employee of the Mauritian desk, she has been key in setting up Michael Page’s operations on the island and has helped carve out a name as of one of the most reputed Executive Firm locally. She has been successfully supporting Blue-Chip and Tiers One Financial Institutions in their talent search for the past 3 years. Prior to joining Michael Page, Vishma has worked for 3 years as a Senior Research Associate for VMS France, a Top Executive Search firm based in Paris whereby she assisted in the recruitment of Top Management positions across the domestic and European market. Vishma is fluent in French and English and possesses a double master’s degree in occupational psychology from the University of Burgundy in Dijon, France.
