Hi, I’m Max! I began my career working as a Sales Executive in 2019 before transitioning into real estate where I spent three years valuing and selling houses. I was then looking for a new challenge so I transitioned into the world of recruitment, covering a vast array of specialisms including HR, procurement, operations, sales and administration. At Spencer Clarke Group, I specialise in HR recruitment, helping local authorities find outstanding Strategic Resourcing Leads, Heads of HR and Senior HR Consultants to assist with the development of their council. I thrive in the fast-paced world of recruitment and take pride in finding candidates opportunities that align with their skillset and ambitions. As I continue to grow with Spencer Clarke Group, my aim is to support the expansion of the HR market within the business. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, watching the football and going out with my friends.
