Folke joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a leading global executive search firm, where he was a Senior Client Partner in the Financial Services, CFO & Financial Officers and Private Equity sectors. Over the course of four years, he built the firm’s Financial Services business in Denmark and advised banking, insurance, asset management and pension clients. Previously, Folke was with another executive search firm, where he was a Partner in the Financial Services group. He began his career in the financial services market in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and a number of Nordic firms. Folke holds an MSc in economics from Copenhagen University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He speaks Danish, English, Norwegian and Swedish.
