Biography
I work with Kienbaum's HR Transformation practice that advises major companies across all industries and regions in transforming the HR function and its underlying processes for the purpose of improving the performance of organizational and workforce structures. Combining HR expertise and organizational excellence, me and my colleagues work closely with HR and top managers on issues of HR organization and transformation, HR processes and concepts, people strategy, and corporate transformation. Driven by innovative organizational solutions and sustainable HR approaches, we provide our clients with both classic analysis and concept skills as well as agile and digital capabilities. I provide HR expertise on the strategic renewal and further development of the HR function alongside in-depth knowledge of leadership, change, and transformation management. I am experienced at supporting organizations in developing and implementing HR strategies in addition to drafting custom-tailored HR organization and role models. Furthermore, I have been instrumental in projects of management diagnostics and development by carrying out aptitude and performance assessments, developing competency and potential models, and designing targeted executive development programs. Prior to joining Kienbaum, I worked with the Kienbaum Institute at the International School of Management, where I assisted in conducting applied studies with focus on leadership and transformation as well as in developing survey solutions for organizations and HR decision makers. At the Institute, I also developed a strong scientific orientation and methodological competence which, now, contribute to my doctoral dissertation project on the microfoundations of organizational ambidexterity.
