Alessia Destefani uses her experience in the Technology Sector to help B2B and B2C business with the most pressing recruitment needs. Based in Milan, she has almost a decade of experience working in marketing and CRM functions across different businesses.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Alessia worked at Vodafone Italia where she was a business brand and advertising manager. In that role, she managed the firm’s digital offering and brand positioning in the B2B market. Prior to Vodafone, Alessia was a marketing director in Costa Crociere, covering different roles and overseeing the marketing strategy across Europe. Earlier in her career she was a consultant in Bain & Company Italy, working mainly in the industrial and travel sector.

Alessia holds a BS in economics and business management from the Catholic University of Milan and an MS in international management from the Fudan University of Shanghai and the Bocconi University of Milan. She speaks English and Italian fluently.
