Lauren McGowan serves on the Nonprofit and Government team providing search project planning, research, talent analytics and management. From the start of discovery through implementation and completion, she is committed to providing an excellent client experience.

Lauren brings experience that is centered on talent acquisition and development. She has been part of hundreds of project teams working on key initiatives of clients, in both the nonprofit and corporate space, to include organizational design, coaching and development and talent assessment and development. Her project management experience includes short-term assessments to strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining FGP, Lauren worked in nonprofit development, but realized her passion was working to support nonprofits in leadership and organizational development. As a native of Greenville, SC, she enjoys spending time in the community, serving as a member of a local non-profit board.
