Born in Braunschweig (1965), he completed specialized training as a business administrator/administrative manager in a department store group after graduating from high school. Further professional positions in family businesses and corporations led the family man to a position as human resources manager in the retail and hotel industries, and then to human resources consulting in 1993. In the 2000s, he helped build the Northern Germany region of one of the top 10 HR service providers as an authorized signatory. Subsequently, as COO of the TEMPTON Group, he was responsible for a region with over €40 million in revenue. In 2016, he founded his company, HR-PERFECT Unternehmerberatung GmbH, in Bremervörde and has since been helping his clients make their HR departments scalable and measurable, thus increasing their efficiency. As a proven HR expert, Jörg Hensel has a wealth of experience in operational HR work, spanning over 30 years as a HR manager and managing director. In both his consulting and interim mandates in the DACH region, he examines and optimizes his clients' core HR processes, from the candidate journey and employee selection to HR digitalization and professional people development. He successfully supports transformation processes in matrix organizations and, as a project leader, implements new, state-of-the-art HR tools.
