Graduated in Engineering in Padua with full marks in 1987 and Executive Master at SDA Bocconi in 2017. He worked in Operations for important multinational groups, first as a project manager implementing reorganization and improvement interventions at plants all over the world, and finally taking on the management of plants in Turkey, England and Denmark. Specialized in operational management and in leading the change of production units, gained over twenty years of experience.
