As the Managing Principal for Macdonald & Company’s North American business, I lead the growing U.S. division, who are focused on search and placement of real estate professionals in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the country. I possess more than 10-years of experience appointing mid and senior-level real estate professionals, for a client base of Real Estate Developers, Investors, Owners, and Operators. I undertake my search work with passion, enthusiasm, and a detail-oriented approach; utilizing the most up to date data, industry insights, and market-leading search technology & tools; ensuring that I can deliver the best results for those that entrust me as an ambassador to their firm. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nottingham Business School and outside of work enjoy spending time with my wife, Stacey, and our two young boys, Nolan and Gatsby, in our hometown of Katy, TX.
