Fi leads both the Treasury and Interim Tax practices at Pure Search. She personally specialises in recruiting senior leadership hires in Treasury on an executive search, permanent and interim basis.
With over 13 years of experience, Fi has built lasting relationships across this industry. Known for her positive, competitive, and ambitious nature, Fi is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Her honest, approachable demeanour and network-centric approach have made her a trusted advisor in the Treasury space. She has an outstanding track record of success, placing individuals in listed corporate businesses, financial services and private equity backed businesses.

Fi was recently recognised as a Finalist for Rising Star of the Year – Agency at the British Recruitment Awards, a testament to her impact and reputation in the recruitment industry.

Originally from Scotland, Fi went to university in London and played rugby for a decade before retiring early 2020. When she’s not recruiting, Fi enjoys travelling with her wife, leveraging her wine expertise from a wine sabbatical, or at home in the Scottish Highlands.
