Federico joined Amrop in 2024. A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan, he has held executive roles in consumer companies (Unilever, L’Oréal Paris, Exportex/Bolton Group) and luxury (Damiani Group), where he was Sales Director, Commercial Director, Retail Director, Global Marketing Director Corporate and General Manager. As a Management Consultant in addition to the FMCG and luxury markets, he has also worked within the B2B field, with the furniture sector and furnishings components and in the B2C field with the pharmaceutical sector, with preschool children and specialized clothing. He is a Teacher of Business Planning and Startup and holds negotiation courses at the Accademia del Costume e della Moda in Milan.
