Astrid Meyer holds a degree in business administration from the universities of Bonn and Cologne. After raising her sons and gaining almost 20 years of coaching expertise at a subsidiary of the city of Bocholt, including her role as team lead of a coaching pool, she understands the challenges faced by executives firsthand. As a trained systemic business coach and individual psychology consultant, she accompanies individuals to professional success and personal growth. Her mission is to provide solution- and resource-oriented support to individuals in leadership roles on topics such as problem-solving skills, shared goal understanding, equal action, and meaningful collaboration within a business-oriented system. She works with our clients and their employees to develop clear and achievable objectives and goals. She supports our executive search consultants by conducting psychometric assessments to predict personality and successful behavior within our clients' companies.
