Claire is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in business psychology, executive coaching and organisational development. She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, operating internationally as well as across the UK. After an early career in the City of London, she became Managing Psychologist for Coutts Career Consultants (now part of Right Management) leading a team of occupational psychologists delivering internal and external consultancy. Since 2001, she has worked independently and is in demand as an assessor and coach with clients from graduate level to C-suite. Claire is accredited to use an extensive range of ability, personality and behavioural profiling tools and is highly skilled in their application to the purposes of recruitment, talent identification, management and development. As a coach, she combines behavioural assessment with neuroscience, positive psychology and Conversational Intelligence® to enhance performance and facilitate career development. Committed to the development of the profession of Occupational Psychology she is currently serving as Chief Supervisor/Registrar for the BPS Qualification in Occupational Psychology.
