Tiffany Steffen

Tiffany has been in the recruiting industry since 2011, with a focus on Finance and Accounting Search throughout the Midwest. Her practice spans from Senior to Executive level placements, across all industries. Tiffany is long-term relationship-driven, approaching each placement as a partnership and not just a transaction. She strives to offer exceptional service and has a passion to lead with honesty and high integrity.

Prior to joining StevenDouglas, she managed the Search and Staffing team for a mid-tier public accounting firm and within six years there, she took on a leadership role to establish a team and grow a new market focused on servicing clients throughout the Midwest.

In accordance with her strong will and dedication, Tiffany graduated from Ripon College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Sociology, in only three years. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Exceptional Equestrians, an organization that utilizes equines in combination with health practices to carry out their mission; two things she is very passionate about.
