Caro Negenborn is a research consultant at Maes & Lunau. She focuses on national and international executive search in both the profit and not-for-profit sector. Caro has obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Employment and Organisational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, where she studied the different forms of leadership, the influence and importance of a suitable organisational culture and everything related to change management. By carrying out several assignments for organisations, she was able to put this knowledge into practice. Besides her studies, Caro also gained experience in the research world with finding suitable respondents for the various types of surveys. Together with her psychological background, this experience provides a good basis for her role at Maes & Lunau. With great positivity and a good dose of perseverance, she does everything she can to find the right match.
