Growing up in the restaurant and hotel business, Alan developed a passion about all things food, travel and hospitality. At True he specializes in leading recruiting assignments for restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, and food/beverage companies. Alan joined True with ten years of executive search experience at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds. Prior to that, he led businesses at P&G, Heinz, and General Mills as well as marketing at American Express and OPUS, a leading real estate developer. Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and german from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School.
