Harriet joined Drax in 2021 and is a Director within the consumer practice. Previously, she led the hospitality, travel and leisure sectors as well as supporting the broader consumer Partners’ on delivery at a global boutique search firm. During her career, Harriet has developed an extensive network across the consumer industries and a strong track record in placing senior executives into both listed and private equity backed businesses on a global scale, with recent focuses on Asia and the US. Harriet also heads up DRAX's approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Harriet graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Politics. In her spare time Harriet spends as much time as she can skiing in the Swiss Alps, and outside the season can frequently be found spectating sporting events, particularly horse racing and rugby.
