In 1987 he joined a large recruitment firm as Head of Banking/Financial Markets & Insurance Practice. In 1994 he headed to a career in headhunting and became a Managing Partner at SIRCA Executive Search. He serves major groups in the banking, financial markets and insurance sectors.
