I am an Associate based in the Manchester office, operating in the freelance/interim market recruiting surveyors largely under the ‘General Practice’ umbrella (including property asset managers, valuation, landlord & tenant and rating surveyors), extending to project management and FM professionals. Covering from the Midlands up to Scotland, my core clients incorporate public sector organisations, consultancies, developers and retailers. Finding short and medium term solutions to issues such as peaks in workloads, specific fixed term project requirements, maternity and paternity leave, and sickness cover, my connections undertake roles on hourly and daily rates and also salaried fixed term contracts.
