Sherry Brickman is a Generalist Partner with more than 25 years of executive search experience. Her early search career includes five years in Ernst & Young’s New York executive search practice and she was one of the original members of the Executive Search Roundtable. Prior to Ernst & Young, she worked in the fashion and cosmetics industry for Chanel, Inc. as an HR Specialist. Her background includes but is not limited to senior level searches in all functions including general management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, ecommerce and information technology. Industry experience is diverse and includes manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, consumer durables, retail, hospitality, consulting and technology. Many of the searches she has worked on have been for portfolio companies of private equity firms. Sherry is a member of the Staffing Management Association and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Sherry holds a BA degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications. She resides with her family in Westchester County, New York.
