Mia Carpiniello joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm Mia worked with the University of Pennsylvania as an Associate Director of Career Services, advising students interested in pursuing law, medical, and dental school. While at Penn, she also volunteered as an advisor to students facing disciplinary actions and as a member of the University’s restorative practices team. An attorney and member of the Pennsylvania Bar, earlier in her career Mia clerked for a federal judge and practiced public interest law. She was an appellate litigator with the City of Philadelphia Law Department. Subsequently, at the Juvenile Law Center, she advocated for the rights of youth in the child welfare and justice systems.
