She has been with the firm for more than 10 years and has performed searches for mid-level to C-level management. Her practice is mostly focused on talent within the Corporate and Investment Banking space, as well as: Treasury, Corporate Strategy, CFO, and Business Development requirements. She has, and continues to, deliver strategic requirements for Philippine conglomerates, financial institutions, regional private equity firms, and multinational corporations spanning multiple verticals, notably: energy, infrastructure , mining, and utilities, among others. She is also part of the firm’s pioneer team for Banking and Finance, supporting the Practice with Business Development initiatives and taking the lead in executing searches within her area of expertise, as well as Training and Development for the Philippines and Indonesia offices. Naisa is a graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a degree in BS Business Management.
