Biography
Molly A. Robb is a Managing Director based out of the Boston office. For the past 25 years, Molly has worked with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in helping to place Board, CEO and C-suite and investment professionals into life sciences organizations that compete in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics/tools and digital health/health tech. Molly serves clients ranging from seed, early-stage, emerging growth and public companies and private equity and venture capital funds that specialize in making investments into life sciences companies that focus on innovation.
Prior to joining LifeSci Search, Molly was a Managing Director with BioQuest, (The Diversified Search Group) recruiting senior-level operating leaders and healthcare investors into public and private capital investment funds. Earlier in her career, Molly worked at Hedrick and Struggles and Korn Ferry International placing Board, CEO and C-Suite executives.
Molly is active in the healthcare ecosystem and has been an avid supporter to the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) and she served as a speaker and presenter on career management for the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association (WHCMAA), DeviceTalks, FENG, SHRM, Boston Biotech Forum and the Biotech CEO Sisterhood. In addition to working with the Biotech CEO Sisterhood, Molly has championed Women’s Health companies by volunteering as a Business Mentor for C-Sweetener (HTH Foundation), a mentoring organization with a charter to prepare Women leaders for the healthcare C-suite. More recently, she has served as a Strategic Advisor to Invincible Vision, a patient-led, nonprofit organization focused on serving the Bietti's Crystalline Dystrophy (BCD) community, a rare eye disease with a small global patient population.
Molly obtained her B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She lives on Newton, Massachusetts with her daughter.
