Praf is an experienced search and assessment consultant with over 20 years’ experience in conducting senior level executive assignments in the technology, digital and software markets across the US and Europe. He has experience in general management, sales, marketing and functional technology / transformational appointments. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Praf co-founded a boutique / international executive search company which he ran for nine years, focusing on digital media, software and communications. Before this, he worked for a global executive search firm within their international technology practice as Executive Director. Praf works across HealthTech, IndustrialTech, digital media and software as well as with communication service providers His earlier career encompassed working at Unilever and a global executive search and assessment company where he was Practice Leader for technology markets in the UK. Praf is also an investor in and advisor to tech start-ups. Praf holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Salford.
